Role & responsibilities

Primavera P6

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
.
Create baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.
Analyze schedule delays and prepare time impact analyses (TIAs).
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for schedule inputs.
Prepare and present schedule reports to management and clients.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years
of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
(mandatory).
Knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource loading, and earned value analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in large-scale building projects.
Familiarity with
delay analysis
and contractual claims.
