Planning Engineer

As a Maintenance Planning Lead at Petrofac, your role involves developing maintenance plans to ensure equipment and systems are in good working condition. Key responsibilities include: - Creating schedules for maintenance activities based on equipment operating hours, production requirements, and resource availability. - Coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of activities to required standards. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair history, and costs. - Monitoring equipment performance and recommending modifications to maintenance plans based on reliability data. - Ensuring compliance with Oil & Gas safety regulations and developing procedures to minimize accident risks. - Analyzing maintenance costs, recommending cost-saving measures, and developing training programs for maintenance personnel. - Participating in continuous improvement activities, collaborating with other departments, and engaging in audit programs. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree with 8 years or a diploma with 11 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Hands-on experience in CMMS (SAP-PM & MM Module) software, EAM, and Microsoft Office. - Certification in SAP- PM & MM Module would be an advantage. - Knowledge of maintenance processes, Oil & Gas safety regulations, ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
