Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Developing and maintaining project schedules using software like Primavera or MS Project. Monitoring project progress against schedules, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions. Ensuring adherence to project objectives, client requirements, and relevant standards. Billing and Cost Control: Preparing and submitting accurate billing statements, including monthly progress payments and final settlements. Verifying and validating billing information, including quantities, rates, and costs. Maintaining records of variations and additional work, ensuring accurate billing. Monitoring project costs, identifying cost overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures. Preparing and managing various types of bills, such as RA bills, advance bills, cash bills, and final bills.
