Job summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within the Industrial, Irrigation, Renewable Energy, and Water sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. This full-time, office-based position is located in Baleshwar, India. Key Responsibilities * Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. * Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and project success. * Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budget. * Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. * Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work meets the established quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Key Requirements * Experience: 9-12 years of experience in project management within the Industrial, Irrigation, Renewable Energy, and Water sectors. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
