Role & responsibilities • Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent. • Monitor and track project progress, highlighting variances and risks. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, execution, and commercial. • Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves for internal and client review. • Support in resource planning, budget forecasting, and cost control. • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and audits. • Identify critical path activities and advise on corrective measures. • Ensure compliance with contract terms related to schedules and milestones. • Lead planning and scheduling for multiple projects simultaneously, if required. • Lead and prepare Client and subcontractor billing progressively and same has getting approval from client. • Material Reconciliation month wise and submit to concern department. • Identifying the risk areas and to develop the action plan. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and leadership skills. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil or equivalent). • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in planning roles. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
