Planning &

Design Drawings Review and Coordination
Conducting Design Co-ordination meetings with Architect/ Design Consultants along with Contractor/ agencies to ensure timely delivery of working drawings
Preparation of Project Master Schedule using MS project
The levels to be used for preparation of schedule is L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5 consisting of Major milestones of the project, Resource allocation, Procurement Plan, Project coordination, construction, and WBS.
Generating Micro schedules based on Master Schedule and providing same as targets to Project Team.
Generating reports such as Man, Material and Machinery requirement on monthly basis.
Liaison with clients, contractors, and consultants for drawing requirements and obtaining necessary approvals.
Preparing and submission of MIS Reports to Client in Power BI.
Tracking and updating Project Schedule on Weekly/Fortnightly Monthly basis
Plan and conduct review meetings with contractors and consultants and preparing Agenda /MoM
Updating DPR & DLR/WPR reports
Taking Site Photos /videos periodically for records.
Learning & Implementing TQ Cert Digital Tools
Issue monthly reports to client about safety, progress, cost, quality, and deviations by co ordinating with stakeholders
Maintaining Logs, Issue, Risk & Mitigation plan and Hindrance registers and Trackers
All co-ordination with consultants, agencies, vendors, for getting the sample approvals
Reviewing of Vendors shop drawings
Prior flagging of anticipated bottlenecks and analysis of its reasons to avoid unnecessary delay
Anticipating the critical site issues in advance and planning the corrective measures in discussion with the Project Team
