We're Hiring: Planning & Billing Engineer – Maintenance (Railway Projects)

Planning & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera/MS Project/

  SAP(Must)

• Prepare

  client & subcontractor bills

  and monitor costs
• Generate

  RA bills

  ,

  Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)

  , and

  material reconciliation

• Track BOQ-based work progress and manage

  cash flow

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely billing and reporting

Requirements

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  4–8 years in

  Planning & Billing for Railway Projects

Software Skills:

• SAP (Project Systems / Billing)

• Primavera / MS Project
• AutoCAD, Excel

• Knowledge of:

• BOQ, RA billing, and contract conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong railway infrastructure background
• Familiarity with

  PSU/government contracts

• Excellent coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
