Planning and billing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Planning and Billing Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects to manage and monitor project progress, prepare bills, and support cost control and planning functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in infrastructure or industrial projects such as thermal power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly) using tools like MS Project / Primavera.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules and generate progress reports.
• Analyze delays, forecast timelines, and suggest recovery plans.
• Verify measurements from site and prepare client bills and subcontractor bills.
• Reconcile quantities and materials as per BOQ and actual work.
• Ensure billing accuracy in compliance with contract conditions, drawings, and work orders.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QS team, and client representatives for joint measurements and bill certification.
• Maintain and update billing records, RA bills, quantity abstract sheets, and cost summaries.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
• Prepare documentation for claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT), if applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience can also apply).
• 3–8 years of experience in planning and billing in large civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Strong knowledge of CPWD / PWD billing formats and standard contract terms.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
