Location: Full-Time | Gurgaon preferred (Remote possible)

Salary: 4–8 LPA

We are hiring a Placement Team Lead to manage a team of 12–15 interns/junior employees conducting AI-assisted technical screening interviews. This role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or placement operations who is ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12–15 interns conducting AI-generated technical screenings

• Train the team to follow SOPs and maintain interview quality

• Track and report metrics using Google Sheets dashboards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 1 to 4 years of experience in screening, placement, or recruitment operations

• Hands-on experience managing or coaching juniors or interns

• Strong command of Google Sheets or Excel for reporting

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱

• Background in EdTech or HRTech (Scaler, Newton School, Relevel, etc.)

• Exposure to automated or AI-based interview systems

• Based in or open to relocating to Gurgaon

• You are a fresher or student

• You only have generalist HR or HRBP experience

• You are not comfortable owning execution directly
