Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Placement Officer to manage the end-to-end placement process, build strong relationships with industry partners, and support students in securing job opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for career development and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, organizations, and recruiters for student placements.
• Assist students in resume preparation, interview skills, and overall career readiness through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
• Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
• Ensure timely communication between companies and students regarding selection processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and employment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in placement or career services, preferably in an educational or training institute.
• Strong industry contacts and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
