Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, CTOs, and hiring managers across tech and analytics companies
  • Partner with MNCs, startups, and unicorns to create hiring pipelines for Coding Pro graduates
  • Design and implement a robust placement calendar including pre-placement talks, coding tests, interviews, and assessments
  • Track industry trends and job market needs to align student skillsets accordingly
  • Collaborate with faculty and the Training & Development team to prepare students for interviews, resume writing, and soft skills
  • Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and technical evaluations
  • Maintain placement records, employer feedback, and hiring metrics
  • Share placement statistics and reports with university leadership and partners
  • Represent Coding Pro and JG University at placement summits, career fairs, and HR conclaves
  • Assist the marketing team in showcasing student success stories and placement outcomes
About Company: We are a team of IIT, BHU, and IIM Ahmedabad graduates working in the education technology sector. Before this, we have already co-founded a bunch of companies. Coding Junior is a Delhi and Singapore-based startup aiming to help educators teach with the help of our software.
