Placement Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strong industry connections, managing student placement activities, and ensuring successful career opportunities for our students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations and potential recruiters. Coordinate campus recruitment drives and off-campus placements. Prepare students for interviews through resume-building, mock interviews, and soft skills training. Track employment trends and job market updates to align with placement strategies. Maintain placement records and prepare reports for internal and external audits. Liaise with department heads and training coordinators for effective student placement. Handle correspondence with companies regarding placement opportunities. Organize career fairs, employer sessions, and alumni interactions. Guide students in identifying their career goals and assist in achieving them. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 2+ years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build networks and maintain relationships with companies. Knowledge of current industry trends and student career needs. Proficiency in MS Office and placement-related software tools.
