Placement Officer

EIM is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to build strong industry connections, organize placements, and guide students toward successful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, and career workshops.
• Conduct soft skills and interview-preparation sessions.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, and recruiters for smooth placement processes.
• Maintain placement records and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in placements, training, or corporate relations.
• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
