Edoxi Training Institute is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Placement Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you are passionate about empowering students, building corporate relationships, and driving successful career outcomes, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Guide students on career pathways, job search strategies & interview preparation
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for job openings & internship opportunities
🔹 Assist students in creating a strong LinkedIn presence and personal branding
🔹 Conduct mock interviews and soft skills sessions
🔹 Maintain excellent rapport with students and ensure continuous support until placement
🔹 Track student progress, placement data & industry requirements
Who We Are Looking For
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Placement Officer / Training & Placement / Career Guidance)
✔ Strong corporate networking skills
✔ Excellent communication & mentoring abilities
✔ Ability to work with diverse student groups
✔ Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi immediately
