Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Placement Officer to drive job and internship placements for our learners. This role involves coordinating with employers, preparing candidates for interviews, and ensuring successful placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in placement coordination and career counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using career development tools and platforms
• Understanding of the job market and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant job opportunities and align them with candidate profiles.
• Prepare learners through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with HRs and hiring partners.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement documentation.
• Maintain placement data and generate weekly/monthly reports

Skills Required:

Excellent communication, recruitment coordination, employer engagement, and candidate mentoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
