Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Placement Officer to facilitate career opportunities for students enrolled in our Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence

& Machine Learning courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

career services, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a passion for

helping students achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Career Development Support:

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding career options, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Develop and deliver workshops and seminars focused on job searching strategies, networking, and industry trends.

Employer Engagement:

• Establish and maintain relationships with companies in the cybersecurity and AI sectors to create job placement opportunities.
• Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.

Job Matching:

• Assess student skills and interests to effectively match them with job openings.
• Collaborate with academic staff to understand curriculum changes and align them with industry needs.

Data Management:

• Stay informed about developments in the cybersecurity and AI & ML fields to provide relevant guidance to students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal effectiveness and industry knowledge.

Experience:

• Minimum of [1years] experience in Placement role
