Job Summary

BEAT EDU CENTRE is looking for a proactive and professional Placement Officer for our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and excellent fluency in English. This position is crucial in driving student placements, building industry relationships, and preparing students for career success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
• Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, internships, and job fairs.
• Prepare students for interviews through soft skill training, mock interviews, and resume workshops.
• Track and report student placement progress and outcomes.
• Understand student profiles and align placement opportunities accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and demands.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet placement targets and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
