Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage corporate relations, placement coordination, and tie-ups with top companies across various industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to secure job opportunities for students.
Oversee the entire placement process from initial contact to final selection, ensuring timely communication with both parties.
Identify new business development opportunities through networking, research, and market trends to expand the company's reach in the industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in corporate relations, placement coordination, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective interaction with corporates and students alike.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory
Advance Excel knowledge preferred
