Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with top corporates and industry partners for student placements and internships.
  
• Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives and pre-placement activities.
  
• Assist students in preparing for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
  
• Maintain placement records, reports, and dashboards accurately.
  
• Collaborate with academic departments for aligning students skill development with industry needs.
  
• Identify new business sectors and companies to expand placement opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with the central placement team and ensure timely execution of placement activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
  
• Ability to multitask, manage events, and work under deadlines.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management / HR / Marketing or relevant field.
  

• Experience:

  2–8 years in Campus Placements / Corporate Relations / Recruitment / Career Services.
