Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen industry connections for placement & internships
Collect LOIs & sign MoUs with industry partners
Drive the interview-to-offer process as per government skill program guidelines
Ensure documentation for portals (LOI, offer letters, joining proof, etc.)
Follow up with candidates and industry HR for retention & career
