Placement Coordinator

About the jobRole Summary: The placement coordinator manages end-to-end placement operations by coordinating between students and recruiting companies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the point of contact for companies during placement drives.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and client HR teams.3. Collect and share feedback with students and companies post-interviews.4. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for each placement event.5. Assist in improving student readiness based on industry expectations.6. Coordinate between students and company HR for placement-related activities7. Understand industry hiring needs and align them with student profiles8. Manage campus placement drives, including planning, execution, and follow-up9. Handle daily student queries and support issues related to training or placement10. Make regular follow-up calls and emails to HR contacts and students

Other requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in any stream preferred

2.Experience in calling, tele-counseling, or coordination will be an added advantage

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4.Ability to multitask and handle student queries effectively

5.Basic understanding of corporate and academic processes

6.Good knowledge of training and placement processes.

7.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
