As a Placement Coordinator, your role involves assisting and coordinating departmental operations to enhance performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will implement effective methods and strategies to achieve these goals. Collaborating with the Corporate Outreach team, you will facilitate internship and placement outcomes. Working closely with academics and student success teams, you will monitor and drive students" progress and outcomes, necessitating strong synergy with the academic team. Building robust relationships with partner companies, you will align potential candidates for interviews, screen applicant profiles, manage email correspondence, schedule interviews, maintain databases, and optimize process flows.
