? About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and well-organized Placement Officer to lead our placement initiatives. In this role, youll establish strong industry connections, manage placement processes, and ensure successful job placements for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams at MNCs and other organizations.

Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and employer interaction sessions.

Support students with resume reviews, interview prep, and career guidance.

Maintain accurate placement records and company feedback.

Work closely with our academic teams to align skill-building with industry requirements.

What Were Looking For:

??? Strong communication, networking & interpersonal skills.

??? 2+ years of experience in placements in EdTech (Clinical Research & Bioinformatics)

??? Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently.

??? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.

??? Fluent in English (verbal & written).
