Placement Coordinator

The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various placement-related activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from any statutory University and possess excellent communication skills, coordinating abilities, and the capacity to perform job-related activities effectively. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in coordination, handling, organizing, and conducting activities related to the profile is required, along with knowledge in the relevant field. Candidates with prior experience in education institutions/sector and service sector will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Placement at Institutes of National/International repute. The Placement Coordinator will report to the Director/Deputy Director and will be responsible for tasks such as determining employment interests, liaising with corporate entities, representing the school for professional and career planning at various forums, and maintaining databases. The incumbent will coordinate all processes of placements with students and faculty Incharge, arrange for campus interviews, prepare brochures with student committees, and facilitate lateral and final placements. Additionally, the Placement Coordinator is expected to visit industries to build up an industry interface for various training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, industry visits, etc.,
