Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership for recruitment planning.

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, centralized hiring, and local placements
Strong understanding of entry-level hiring processes across industries
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in DDUGKY skilling project placements
