Job Description You will be joining RAAJ KHOSLA AND CO PRIVATE LIMITED as a full-time P&L Manager based in New Delhi. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the profit and loss statements of the company. This entails ensuring financial stability, driving profitability, and playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning, cost control, and performance monitoring to help the company achieve its financial objectives. Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes - Manage budgeting and forecasting activities - Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements - Develop and implement strategies for financial improvement - Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability - Provide leadership in driving financial performance - Utilize financial software and tools effectively Qualifications - Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Experience in profit and loss management and financial reporting - Proficiency in strategic planning and cost control - Ability to monitor and enhance financial performance - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proficient in using financial software and tools - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus - Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous,
