Job Description

Role Overview: As the P&L Head for the IT Vertical, you are responsible for ensuring that the financial product meets its sales goals by creating effective strategies, monitoring sales performance, and taking corrective actions when necessary. You must have a strong understanding of the Consulting sector, financial technology products, and industry trends, along with the ability to identify and enter new markets. Your role involves managing product sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, with global sales exposure in line with financial products sales. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth, program management, and implementation of organization-level initiatives within the business while managing the P&L. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives for driving product sales. - Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve annual revenue goals. - Gather competitive information on products and services and share this with relevant teams. - Highlight the advantages of solutions, attend to client requirements, optimize revenue possibilities, and achieve revenue targets. - Oversee contract negotiation with clients to secure profitable results and recognize additional revenue prospects. - Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, set clear objectives, and drive results. - Develop trusted partner relationships with customers to retain and grow revenues over time. Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate along with a Masters Degree in Management. - 15 years of experience as a P&L Head with customer-facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience. - Global sales exposure would be a plus. - Proficiency in sales within the Financial Product/Fintech sector/Analytics focusing on selling Financial Risk solutions to various industrial domains. - Enterprise-level sales experience within the Fintech/BFSI/Financial products sector. - Proficiency in creating and executing sales training initiatives. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Dealing as a short-term trader/arbitrage trader/dealer. - Excellent knowledge of Excel techniques like Pivot Table, Charts, Data Validation, Lookup, Subtotals, Sumif, Countif, Index, Match, Conditional formatting. - Basic knowledge of Graphs & Charts. - Eye for detail, self-driven, and timeline-oriented.,
