Pizza Chef

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef who knows the difference between a true Neapolitan pizza and a New York-style pizza. We are very particular about our standards and only want someone who is serious, disciplined, and passionate about authentic pizza-making.

What We Expect

• Deep knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration, and handling techniques.
• Experience with wood-fired / stone ovens and high-heat baking.
• Ability to maintain authenticity in texture, flavor, and style (Neapolitan softness, New York crispness).
• Disciplined, consistent, and committed to quality.
• A chef who treats pizza-making as a craft, not just a job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Neapolitan and New York pizzas with precision and consistency.
• Maintain proper dough fermentation schedules and techniques.
• Ensure accurate topping balance, baking times, and presentation.
• Innovate while respecting the roots of each style.
• Maintain hygiene, discipline, and smooth operations in the pizza section.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional pizza-making experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Italian pizza traditions and modern methods.
• Strong understanding of oven management and dough science.
• A disciplined work ethic — we only want serious professionals.
