Sounds like you Your new role – challenging and future- oriented Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II / Rohr2 / Autopipe. Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems. Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards. Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and general arrangement drawings. Collaborate with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues. Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews. Provide input on pipe support design and selection. Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities. Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met. Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks Must be self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced team environment. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis, preferably in the power industry. Proficiency in CAESAR II, Rohr2 or AutoPIPE. Strong understanding of piping materials, supports, and layout principles. Familiarity with power plant systems (e.g., steam, condensate, feedwater, cooling water). Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, etc.).
