Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Piping Stress Analysis:

Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II, Rohr2, or AutoPIPE.
Evaluate thermal expansion, seismic, wind, steam hammer, and other dynamic loads on piping systems.
Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1, B31.3, and other relevant codes and standards.

Design & Documentation Support:

Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings.
Prepare technical reports, stress analysis documentation, and support design reviews.
Provide input on pipe support design and selection.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work with piping designers, civil/structural engineers, and project managers to resolve stress-related issues.
Participate in field walkdowns and support construction and commissioning activities.
Interface with clients and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.

Project Management & Execution:

Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Work under tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible.
