Piping Engineer

Requirement: Piping Engineer

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with relevant piping experience) may also be considered

Experience:

5–8 years of experience in piping engineering
Prior experience in refineries / IOCL projects / PSU projects will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Execution and supervision of piping fabrication and erection works
* Study and interpretation of P&ID, isometric drawings, GA drawings
* Preparation and checking of BOQ, MTO, and piping layouts
* Coordination with civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams
* Supervision of site manpower and subcontractors* Knowledge of piping supports, hydro testing, flushing, erection sequence, and commissioning activities
* Ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
* Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, IS codes and refinery standards

Skills Required:

* Strong site execution and coordination skills
* Experience in CS, SS, alloy steel piping
* Ability to handle refinery work fronts independently

Salary:

As per experience and industry standards (negotiable)
