Job Description

Piping Draughtsman

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Piping Design & Layout

    : Be familiar with making Plot Layouts, including pipe rack routings. Demonstrate expertise in

    Piping Layout & Routing

    .

  • Isometrics & Diagrams

    : Have experience in making

    Piping Isometrics

    for pharmaceutical plants. Be able to create

    PFD (Process Flow Diagram)

    and

    P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram)

    from hand sketches.

  • Equipment & Facility Layout

    : Be an expert in Equipment Placing & Layout for pharmaceutical and

    API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient)

    Plants.

  • Standards & Compliance

    : Preferably have familiarity with applicable Codes & Standards.

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in

    AutoCAD

    software for piping works of pharmaceutical projects.
  • Expertise in

    Piping Layout

    ,

    Piping Isometric

    , and

    Nozzle orientation

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Utility Layouts

    and

    Pharma Piping

    .
  • Ability to work in a

    consultancy

    environment.
  • Strong

    AutoCAD Draughtsman

    skills, including

    AutoCAD 2D

    and

    Layout Planning

    .

QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Piping Draughtsman Certification.
