Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in Mysore or Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Ping Suite, including Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure Ping Suite in Azure.
Design and deploy scalable and secure architectures using Ping Suite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Ping Suite implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Ping Suite.
Provide training and support to junior team members on Ping Suite best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and DevOps principles.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Chef is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field, or equivalent.

The selected candidate will be initially working remotely for 6 months before transitioning to onsite work at the company's office locations.
