Design, develop, and implement CIAM solutions integrating with a variety of systems and platforms
Manage and maintain CIAM IDP tools through PingIdentity, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
Utilize orchestration tools like PingOne DaVinci to automate and streamline identity workflows
Implement and manage identity proofing processes to ensure secure user authentication and verification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align CIAM solutions with business objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures
Implement, manage, and support technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), FIDO authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration
Apply in-depth understanding of identity protocols such as OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, and SCIM
Support CIAM infrastructure upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in identity and access management
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Required

7 years managing and leading in the IAM/CIAM space
Expert understanding of OIDC, OAuth, & SAML
Deep understanding of Selectors, Policy Trees, IdP & SP Connections, and LDAP directory management
Comfortable with PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingDataProxy, PingOne Davinci and PingID MFA
( Ping Admin (Ping one, Ping Protect , Ping Davinci)
Desired
Experience migrating from on-prem to cloud
Certifications in cybersecurity
Familiarity with PingOne Protect
Understanding of delivering a Passwordless user experience
