Role Description

CPL-Ground Instructor

Qualifications

A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with ground instruction and teaching experience
Local language(Malayalam) proficiency
Strong understanding of Air Navigation, Aviation laws, regulations, and standards
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to create detailed lesson plans and instructional materials
Proficiency in student evaluation and providing constructive feedback
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and professional development
Experience in a training environment and familiarity with modern training tools like the Learning Management System (LMS) and technologies
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to evolving educational methodologies
