Job Title: Pilot Ground Instructor (offline only) Location: Thiruvananthapuram, India Contract Duration: Two years Responsibilities: Conduct ground training sessions for aspiring pilots. Teach aeronautical knowledge areas related to aircraft performance, navigation concepts, meteorology, and other relevant topics. Contribute to our LMS (Learning Management System). Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on flight instruments, flight controls, navigation concepts, meteorology, and other relevant topics. Assist students in understanding DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and requirements.. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our courses. Deliver seminar presentations to prospective students. Contribute to business development efforts. Handle administrative tasks related to ground training. Qualifications: DGCA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder with experience in flying. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring future aviators. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures. Tolerance and patience to handle teenagers and their curiosities. Ability to explain complicated topics simply, especially in navigation and other technical areas.
