Job Description – Picker/Packer Company: Autoverse Location: Peenya, Bangalore Position: Picker/Packer Experience: 0-1 yr Job Overview: Autoverse is looking for a Picker/Packer and loader to efficiently handle order picking, packing, and dispatch operations within the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure the right products are picked, packed securely, and dispatched on time. Key Responsibilities: Order Picking & Packing Pick the right products as per order sheets using handheld scanners or manual checklists. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation. Label and arrange packages for efficient dispatch and tracking. Inventory Handling & Quality Checks Verify product quantities and conditions before packing. Assist in stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately. Warehouse & Dispatch Support Assist in loading and unloading stock for deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing areas. Follow safety protocols and warehouse SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
