Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support our warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Pick items from inventory based on order sheets or digital scanners. Pack products securely using appropriate materials and labeling. Ensure accuracy in product count, size, and type before packing. Check items for damage or defects before shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or packing station. Update order status in warehouse management systems (WMS) or apps. Assist in loading/unloading goods when needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Requirements: Basic reading and math skills. Physical stamina – ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment is a plus. Familiarity with handheld scanners or inventory software.
