Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Picker Packer

to join our dynamic team in

Faridabad

. This full-time position offers an annual salary of

1,50,000

and is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in logistics and warehousing. As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.Key Responsibilities

Unloading goods from delivery vehicles and ensuring they are stored in the correct locations.
Loading products onto delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Scanning items to maintain accurate inventory records.
Checking products for quality and accuracy before packing.
Picking items from shelves based on order specifications.
Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Picker Packer position will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as required.
Basic understanding of inventory management systems and scanning equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work rotating shifts as per the job schedule.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
