Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Picker Packer &, Bike Courier located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Picker Packer, Bike Courier will be responsible for picking and packing items accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers. Day-to-day tasks include scanning and sorting items, loading them onto the bike, delivering packages to the designated addresses, and maintaining delivery records. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking and packing items efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using scanning and sorting tools
• Excellent navigation and route planning skills for timely deliveries
• Effective communication skills for handling customer inquiries
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Familiarity with Thiruvananthapuram city routes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
