Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pick Packer located in Mumbai. The Pick Packer will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring inventory is properly organized and stocked, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. The role also involves labeling items, preparing packages for delivery, and assisting with quality checks to meet customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company guidelines will be essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling items
• Must be 10th passed Able to read product name
• age should be between 18-32yyears.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock organization
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety protocols
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive attitude
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a warehouse environment is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
