To further strengthen our customer care and outreach, we are looking for a Physiotherapist who can combine clinical expertise with excellent communication and marketing skills, helping customers understand the health benefits of our products.

Key Responsibility

• Provide telephonic physiotherapy guidance to customers regarding foot care, posture, mobility, and usage of diabetic/orthopedic footwear.
• Educate customers about product benefits in line with their health needs.
• Assist the sales/marketing team by explaining the medical advantages of our products to potential buyers.
• Develop easy-to-understand content (scripts, FAQs, wellness tips) for customer communication.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and suggest lifestyle/footcare advice.
• Participate in marketing initiatives like webinars, health camps, or digital campaigns by offering expert inputs.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Strong ability to explain medical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Interest/experience in marketing, customer service, or health product promotion.
• Comfortable with telephonic consultations and digital platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.
