Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical conditions, functional abilities, and therapy needs. Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, mobility training, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and posture correction. Work with children, adults, or special-needs patients depending on department requirements. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Collaborate with doctors, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and other therapists. Educate patients and caregivers on home-exercise programs and preventive care. Use physiotherapy equipment safely and responsibly. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions. Assist in planning and conducting therapy camps, awareness programs, and departmental activities. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and hygiene during therapy sessions. Provide support in evaluating new therapy techniques and implementing best practices. Follow institutional guidelines, ethics, and professional standards of Sweekaar. Skills Required Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation protocols, and therapeutic exercises. Ability to work with patients with disabilities, developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, etc. Good communication and empathy skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Documentation and reporting skills. Qualifications BPT / MPT from a recognized institution. Valid license/registration (if applicable). Experience in rehabilitation or clinical physiotherapy preferred (freshers can also apply depending on role).
