Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Physiotherapist, based on-site in Kolkata. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily tasks include performing patient evaluations, creating and monitoring treatment plans, and providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. The role also involves educating patients on maintaining and improving their physical health and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Assessment Skills: Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English & Hindi) to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Professional Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) and relevant licensure to practice.
• Experience : 2-3 years
