Role Description: As a full-time on-site Astronomy Educator at Navars Edutech, you will play a crucial role in conducting captivating astronomy classes and workshops for students. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering lesson plans, creating educational materials, and facilitating interactive learning experiences. Additionally, you will be instrumental in organizing and hosting astronomy-related events and activities to foster interest and comprehension of the subject. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging content for both Offline and Online astronomy sessions. - Demonstrate practical content for Astronomy Labs within educational institutions. - Coordinate and design workshops and virtual teacher training resources. - Conduct online demo sessions and actively participate in offline events. - Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to address queries effectively. - Provide data and feedback to the Marketing team to enhance the Brand. Qualifications: - A genuine passion for astronomy and a solid knowledge base in the subject. - Previous experience in teaching or educational outreach, with a focus on astronomy. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to captivate and inspire students across different age groups. - Strong organizational and planning abilities. - Proficiency in teamwork, collaborating with fellow educators and staff. - Proficient in utilizing educational technology and resources. - Bachelor's degree or higher in astronomy, physics, education, or a related field.
