Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Physics lessons for

  Board Exams, JEE & NEET

  aspirants – both offline and online as required
• Design impactful lesson plans, concept notes, and question banks
• Set & evaluate subjective and objective test papers
• Conduct oral exams and provide performance feedback
• Supervise exams and ensure discipline in assessments
• Create high-quality

  video lectures

  for digital content
• Collaborate with faculty and management to track student progress

Working Hours:

9 hours/day (inclusive of lunch and breaks)

Leaves & Holidays:

• 18 annual paid leaves (for medical or personal reasons)
• ~15 days festival holiday per academic year

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree from

  IIT/NIT

  or experience with

  national-level coaching institutes

• Excellent command over the subject and pedagogy for JEE/NEET
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who is well-organized, committed, and student-focused
