Role Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and evaluate physics-related data.
• Provide expert solutions and insights across subfields such as condensed matter, quantum mechanics, and computational physics.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop new AI training tasks and improve data workflows.
• Refine and enhance annotation tools for efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze complex physical problems and provide structured, data-driven feedback to improve AI reasoning.
• Adapt to evolving task instructions while maintaining precision and consistency.
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Master's degree or PhD in Physics or a closely related field.
• Expertise in areas such as condensed matter physics, high energy physics, nuclear physics, quantum computing, computational physics, or biophysics.
• Strong ability to read and write in both professional and informal English.
• Skilled in navigating academic databases, research tools, and technical resources.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capable of independent judgment and decision-making with limited information.
• Deep enthusiasm for innovation and scientific advancement.
  

Preferred

• Multiple publications or patents demonstrating advanced expertise in physics, preferably with first-author papers in peer-reviewed journals.
• Teaching or tutoring experience at the university or professional level.
• Prior experience in AI training, technical writing, or data annotation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly.
  

Compensation & Legal

• Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
