Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Physics Teacher who can inspire students to develop a deep understanding of physics concepts and scientific reasoning. The ideal candidate should be proficient in planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum and promote critical thinking, innovation, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Physics lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum for Classes XI and XII.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments that encourage inquiry-based learning and practical understanding.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations ensuring student safety and comprehension.
• Evaluate student progress through regular assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and progress reports.
• Prepare students for Board Examinations with strategic revision and practice sessions.
• Integrate technology and digital tools into the classroom for interactive learning.
• Participate actively in school academic programs, science exhibitions, and co-scholastic initiatives.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to design interdisciplinary projects.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Uphold school policies, values, and code of conduct, maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• M.Sc. in Physics (with good academic record)
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Physics Teacher in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
• Preferred Skills:
• Strong command over subject and excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using smart boards, simulations, and ICT tools.
• Ability to connect theory with real-world applications.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
