PHP Web Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Coding & Development – Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like CodeIgniter4, Laravel (knowledge of MERN stack is a big plus).
• UI/UX Design – Convert visual concepts into functional, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces.
• Testing & Debugging – Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and technical issues to ensure smooth performance.
• Optimization – Improve website speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
• Cross-Device Responsiveness – Ensure websites function seamlessly across browsers and devices.
• Database Management – Create, manage, and optimize databases (MySQL / MongoDB).
• API Integration – Work with APIs and third-party services for added functionality.
• Collaboration – Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
• Maintenance – Regularly update, maintain, and improve existing websites and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (front-end) and basic knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Experience with frameworks: CodeIgniter4, Laravel (MERN, Vue.js favorable).
• Solid understanding of databases – MySQL or MongoDB.
• Problem-Solving & Reasoning Ability – Sharp analytical skills with creative solutions.
• Fast Learner & Adaptable – Ability to quickly adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring high-quality, bug-free code.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership qualities.
