• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Lead or participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Design and build APIs, manage MySQL or similar databases, and ensure secure data interchange.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, collaborating closely with front-end teams to deliver seamless functionality.
• Write clean, scalable code; implement unit tests and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, Laravel advancements, and best security practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 1+ years) as a PHP developer, with significant hands-on work using the Laravel framework.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP, Laravel’s architecture, and MVC design patterns.
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), and experience integrating with them.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with web services (JSON, XML).
• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with MySQL query optimization, schema design, and database security practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Create and maintain cutting-edge PHP/Laravel applications for portals and service platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for innovative, intuitive user interfaces.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and application architecture.
• Proactively communicate progress, potential obstacles, and solutions with project management and development teams.
